Excellent Location
Close to everything but just far enough away. We enjoyed the property. The pool table was a big hit. Wish shower was larger but it’s an old building so plan to enjoy the character along with the history. Highly recommend.

Great Property
My wife and our two teenage sons stayed here to tour Vanderbilt and check out the Nashville area. The space was great. Huge space with several areas to hang out. It's a studio space that was converted to residential, which makes for a kind of funky layout, but it wasnt an issue at all. Walking distance to Vanderbilt and several restaurants, the location was perfect for us. Definitely recommend for groups or families (we pushed the twin beds together for me and my wife). Hosts were easy to reach and very informative. Would definitely stay here again.
