Our family had a wonderful stay. Beautiful and clean apartment with river views. Positive: Instructions were given on app and well explained. Great communication.

BEWARE or the property management team trying to charge for unwarranted damages. Positive: The layout of the space was perfect, big kitchen and table for all of us to eat at and close enough to fine dining but far enough to feel safe with a big family! Negative: The $275 I was charged (without invoice after asking several times for an itemized invoice) for my daughters red pajamas rubbing off on white sheets that could’ve easily been bleached out.

Great weekend stay in Nashville! Positive: We loved the amount of space in this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to Broadway. We could have walked, but chose to Uber since we weren’t sure of the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again. Negative: The only TV was in the living area. The train is very loud, but there is a sound machine in at least one of the bedrooms.
