Overall a great place, well priced! Would book again.
Positive: Private bedrooms, plenty of space, well decorated & clean, quiet and unbothered.
Negative: The day bed should really be traded for a queen/full bed. It became very limiting for a group of adults renting this property. Low water pressure but not unbearable.

Good for large group
Older house, but comfortable, nice fenced yard. About a 10 minute drive to Broadway. It worked well for us being 2 couples and 2 singles.

Wonderful Stay over the Holidays!
Our family really enjoyed staying here over the holidays as we visited with our Nashville family. The house layout and location were perfect for us. Everything about the house was as advertised, and communication was excellent.
