This modern ranch is very cool, nice amenities and the location is terrific. The host is the best. Positive: The location was great - the house was Bohemian cool and very spacious. It was exceptionally well kept. The host is the best - very communicative and there to help when needed. Hot tub was cool and master shower is awesome! Pool can be heated for additional charge. Very nice direct access to creek and two places for a nice bonfire. Negative: The couch was not our favorite - we are used to more structured furniture - we are over 50, so it was hard to get up from sitting 🤣 Bed linens need refreshing.

This is such a unique house!! Huge space that was more than enough room for my husband & I, two teenage sons, Grandma & medium sized dog. Everyone had their own living spaces. The outdoor area is so cool!! Great pool area, a walking path down to the river and a fence in area with high enough fences that our high jumper dog couldn't jump over! (He had a blast in this house & property!) Beds were comfortable, high end appliances & kitchen, and our favorite was the massive, amazing shower!! Owners were super responsive. We felt totally safe in this neighborhood (Tons of people out walking dogs! But also this house is pretty secluded. ) plenty of food options. Opry was 23 minutes away & Broadway was around 12 minutes when we went. Highly recommend for any stay in Nashville!!
