Positive: The location of this home was ideal, close to the beach and Main Street in Hyannis.

Run away from even considering this property.
Positive: Easy to get to
Negative: There was no heat, it was 42 degrees in February inside the house the “second living room” also had no heat and was flooding due to several leaks in the ceiling area. Trying to resolve this with the homeowner and property manager was futile. I’m also a transplant candidate at Massachusetts General Hospital - having heat is very important for my health.
