Great Spot!
We booked this rental for a short weekend getaway. It was great! Clean, easy to get to, safe area. Walkable to Belmont University, Vanderbilt, Hillsboro, 12 South shopping etc. Quick scooter/uber/drive to music row and downtown. Highly recommend!

Positive: Everything was great. Easy check in and out process. Very clean, comfortable & cute condo! I would definitely stay here again.

Not a good experience. Was not offered a discount for our discomfort.
Positive: Not clean, bath stopped up, electrical issues, uncomfortable beds

Such a cute place! Great location, felt very safe and would definitely return. Thanks for helping my our trip so fun!
Positive: It was right in the heart of good shopping and eating they did corn was so cute and the beds were super comfy
Negative: The digital lock to get in was kind of finicky and had some difficulty locking the door when we would leave.

hostess was very responsive. The dishwasher latch was broken therefore, you had to handwash dishes.
