Great apartment with amenities and lots of room for guests Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable with enough room for everyone. It is close to music row and The Gulch. You needed to Broadway, but it was only about a 3 minute drive. Good parking in back. Very nice place. I would go back there. Negative: They don't take AmEx if that's an issue for anyone. It wasn't easy to find at first, but it was fine once we realized where we were.

One of the first photos was front of house., but that is not part of of the rental entrance only to identify house. You proceed to behind house to less than appealing parking/ porch/steel doors/older porch steps enclosed. However, the photo of the back parking lot and entrance are not what I was expecting. Didn’t scroll to photo 42. I did feel safe and the inside is as described just think your entrance should be more obvious.

Good communication property as described.

On a work trip with a crew of 12. We made a quick stop to Nashville and this place was perfect ! Great communication and great location. Even had room for parking an RV and truck and trailer !

The flat was easy to get to and the parking area was big enough for our full size truck to maneuver. The apartment was clean, modern, and inviting. There was comfortable space for everyone and our stuff, to include baby gear like a pac and play and stroller. We all had a great time and 10/10 would recommend for any size party (tbqh all i could think about was coming back for a girls weekend).
